“We started working with Paul at least 18 months BEFORE we had bought our home. Paul came with us to see houses we wanted to bid on to evaluate the condition of the house and potential scope of any project needed to bring the house to our lifestyle. Paul was patient and super helpful. Once we purchased our house, we had a tight timeline as we would be living out of state during the time the work was to be done and needed to be back in the house within 8-9 months. During Covid! 2022! Supply chain delays, shortage of labor, high material costs, etc. Working with Paul was tremendous. He had a number of projects underway and was able to source and order materials, appliances, etc. in bulk. But more importantly, he had an extremely capable and dedicated crew who under Paul’s care and guidance, worked tirelessly and meticulously to move the project forward. Additionally, Paul was able to make many suggestions and modifications as we went along that made the renovation better than we could have hoped. Working with Paul was truly turnkey and one stop, from his architect, project manager, decor suggestions, etc. As happens with large renovations, delays from time to time will occur, however, Paul did everything possible to either provide temporary alternatives or work with vendors to speed delivery of what was needed. The project was completed in time for us to move back into the home from out of state with minimal additional interior and exterior work remaining before completion. All in all, a Herculean effort. We are pleased with our home, the work Paul and his crew did, and have happily enjoyed our new home since we moved in. We whole heartedly recommend Paul.”
